The RTV set up will be on Saturday morning from 7:30am. To have 10 sections set up in time I need two set up crews of at least two people. Dave Tomlin and I are one of the crews so it would be good to have (at least) two more volunteers to come along to help out. Let me know if you intend on helping out. If coming from the West, we’ll be meeting at Krispy Kreme (Hermiston Gate) at 6:50am sharp. Unfortunately it’s not open at that time. 🍩
As always, scrutineering is from 8:30-9:30 - please don’t leave it until the last minute to turn up.
Passengers must be at least 14 years old and be a club member. Membership can be purchased on the day. £25 for full membership and £10 for associate membership.
Please don’t forget to bring a pen to fill out the score card details before coming to sign on.
Remember to have your score card filled in after each section.
Remember your membership card and your lunch.
