GOOD EVENING ALL THE NEXT CLUB COMP WILL BE HELD ON THE 5TH OF NOVEMBER AT OUR CUMNOCK SITE AS ALWAYS WE NEED THE SUPPORT OF MARSHALLS WITH TIME KEEPING SO BRING A PACKED LUNCH THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO GET INVOLVED IN GREAT TO WATCH  THIS EVENT NEEDS HELP AND SUPPORT OF OUR MEMBERS

My local event would like to help with set up will it be on Saturday or early on Sunday morning

Last I heard the plan was for Saturday - I'll check early this week and let you know.   Thanks very much.

The Cumnock Club Comp will be held at our usual site on Sunday the 5th of November.   The grid reference for the entrance to the site is NS 58162 22949. You might find the OS site helpful (put it into Aerial view):

If coming south on the A76 from Kilmarnock, take the B7083 into Auchinleck and turn left on to Coal Road at the junction where you see the Boswell Arms pub. Follow that road until you get to the site on your left hand side.

Scrutineering will be 8:30 to 9:30.   For this event you must bring your valid membership cards and MSA License.

The cost of the event is £30 per driver.

A set up crew will be required for Saturday - if you can assist, then please contact Dean on dean.pugh@virgin.net or 07590 696 400.   We will also require a number of marshals to run the event on Sunday, so please do volunteer.

Set up is Saturday at 10am - Help needed pls!   Let me know if you can help.
