Been having a read of the blue book and for tyros you can have a passenger in the back older than 2 as long as they're in a proper seat and child restraint. For CCVs passengers need to be 16. I can't work out where RTVs fit in - is it the same as a tyro or is an RTV a "promotional event"? I'm assuming driving days are promotional events?
Just looking to clarify which types of event I can bring my son who's 3 along as a passenger please?
