.5pm AGM starts
.630pm meal is served
.8pm tea and coffee for all
.830pm prize giving
.12pm last orders
.1230pm bar closes
Members who are not having the meal but are staying for the prize giving Broomhall has lots of rooms for you to relax in before the prize giving.
