I got a new rotary coupling off ebay and it only cost a couple of quid more than the ones breakers were offering - sorted my non working F1 horn.

Did a temp repair by splicing into the horn wires leading to the coupler and putting horn push into one of the spare switch slots.

Also sorted out the 3 amigo's by swapping the instrument panel with one out another F1 and haven't had any lights on since.  The old one was also stuck reading km's and couldn't change back to miles.  It looks as though it had a recent battery, so might have had a spike.
