Replacing sill rails on 110 Some Advise Needed

Hi Folks
Looking to replace my coroded sill rails on my 110 3 door defender.......
Looking for some advise from anyone that has done this in the past...
Are the rails bolted in place. Is there a correct method of removal.
And lastly can you recommend where to buy new ones, looked at ebay and paddock so far.. Not sure just what is needed appart from sills , fixings etc...

Strangely enough I am actually talking to them right now about a quote for everything I should need, worse case scenario
