hi have you tried bleeding them first? both clutch and brakes also when where the fluids changed? after 3 years they should be drained and new ep90 put in or whatever is recommended for your make and model as over time water can become more evident and not provide proper breaking due to this also have you checked your brake pads and discs are they still all okay, clutch again renew fluids and re bleed as this may solve problem.
only what i would be doing and worth trying/checking hth
I'm not lost I'm just slow getting there.

Will check fluid, Yea pads on front and shoes on back are fine only had 3 years it got new braking system all round and I only do about 2 thousand miles a year if that

Not sure I'd be putting EP 90 in. Surely brake fluid is better ;)

I had a problem with the clutch, first it was the slave cylinder, then the master cylinder went so replaced both in the end, there’s a little bit of adjustment at the pedal end but not too sure if there’s much in the way of adjustment on the clutch itself

I’m sure John meant Dot 4 brake fluid not EP90 gear oil,  :)
