Please contact the convenors (John Anderson for Tyro, Gordon McCheyne for RTV and Dave Mitchell for CCV) for more information regarding set up times. We will need help with setting up the club marquee too. If you can, please come along and help out.
Scrutineering will take place from 8:30 to 9:30 with trials starting at 10am. Please remember to bring your membership cards. The cost is £15 per driver and all passengers need to be club members too.
To make sign on faster, please remember to fill out the required details on your score card BEFORE presenting it to the convenors.
Camping is available from Friday evening and on Saturday, after the trials we will be having a chippy for dinner. If you plan to stay on for dinner ensure your order gets to a trials convenor before by lunchtime.
On Sunday there is a driving day and Autotest taster. Further info to follow regarding times.
